BusinessPlus (Letchworth) Limited have been designing databases
since 1992 using Alpha Five. It has been our Database of choice for
solving our client's database needs and for building customized
solutions. We have selected Alpha Five after evaluating many
competing products such as Access, Filemaker, Visual Basic and
others. We have adopted Alpha Five because of its unique ability to
deliver results in a quick, easy, reliable and cost effective
fashion.
Alpha have recently released the latest version of Alpha Five -
Version 11 that is the most feature-filled database and application
development tool ever released by Alpha Software. It is a “create
once, use anywhere” development tool either for the desktop,
intranet, web and mobile phone.
We can design databases around the way you work. We can connect to
your Sage 50 Accounts and/or Sage 50 Payroll data using ODBC and
data can be imported into Sage 50 Accounts and/or Sage 50 Payroll
using the .csv file format.
Within a short development time we can provide a working prototype
of your application. As development proceeds we can fine-tune the
features to produce the application that meets your needs. We
provide a System Guide for each application.
The following gives some examples of the database systems we have
designed for our customers. Even the earliest one, designed in 1992,
is still in use today. We have continued to develop the systems as
and when required by our customers and been available to support
